Salvation Rural Initialtives

The Salvation Rural Initiative was founded in January 2023 with a profound vision to alleviate suffering in rural areas of developing countries. We firmly believe that access to basic healthcare, education, and infrastructure is not a privilege but a fundamental right.

Our mission is to catalyze positive change in underserved communities by addressing some of the most pressing challenges they face.

Our primary vision revolves around improving overall health outcomes in rural populations. We accomplish this by funding hospital projects, promoting health education, and facilitating preventive medicine initiatives. By enhancing access to quality healthcare, we aim to not only increase life expectancy at birth but also significantly reduce infant mortality rates, bringing hope and brighter prospects to countless families.

In addition to healthcare, we are dedicated to improving the human development index in these regions. We channel our efforts towards funding the construction of schools, libraries, and rural road infrastructure projects.

Our belief is that education and access to knowledge are essential catalysts for social progress. With every step we take, the Salvation Rural Initiative strives to create a brighter, healthier, and more prosperous future for the communities we serve.

He graduated from College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York Institute of technology. He got a degree Of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He did his residency training at Saint Claire Regional Medical Center Morehead Kentucky. Currently he is working as a Hospitalist with Comphelath.

Dr Solomon O Mezinwa is a Board of Director with Salvation Rural Initiatives. He graduated from College of Medicine University of Nigeria Ibadan Nigeria where he got MBBS. He practiced as a physician in Nigeria before moving to US. He is ECFMG certified in USA. He is currently working to get his medical residency training in US.

The medical outreach held at Enugu-Agidi was a success, thanks to all the teams in attendance. I consulted over 40 patients with several illnesses most acute and a few of them chronic, especially the old with chronic illness ranging from Hypertension, diabetes and Arthritis. We prescribed and disbursed drugs to the patients and also gave medical advice to patients with illnesses that require tertiary medical care and informed them of the need to visit the hospital for follow up care. In all, the outreach was great for the community as many of them said words of prayers for the Organizers and Doctors and showed excitement for this opportunity.

The Joint Rural initiative outreach at Enugu-Agidi was a seamless event. I was opportuned to consult over 30 patients with acute illnesses like common cold, malaria e.t.c Chronic diseases like Hypertension, Athritis, Diabetes. It was fascinating because adequate drugs to address everyones issue Though the economic hardship affects there diets multi-vitamins and hematinics were provided. Some villagers were advised to visit a hospital for expert medical care for the eye and others.A very big Kudos to the sponsors, organizers, medical team on the success of this.

Our trip to Enugu Agidi was a success, thanks to our wonderful team of philanthropic organisers. We were able to attend to several patients presenting with an array of health conditions. We prescribed drugs, gave medical advice and educated the populace on the need to improve their living condition by lifestyle and diet modifications....and also the need to seek prompt medical health care when due.The individuals interviewed expressed their joy at the opportunity and showered their thanks and prayers on the organisers and the doctors involved. It was a wonderful opportunity to participate in giving back to the society and I say a very big thank you to the organisers for being part of such a wonderful project
